As the dental practice manager, you will be expected to;
• You will manage the training and development of your staff from appraisals to career development 
• You will be involved in recruitment and retention of support staff 
• You will deliver practice meetings 
• You will attend monthly PM meetings 
• Minimise cost and maximise profit
• Maintain detailed practice records
• Adhere to agreed KPIs


You’ll be fully capable of building relationships with Local Authorities and Primary Care Trusts, and you’ll have a commitment to Health & Safety that matches our own.
