We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Therapist to join our team in
Workington, Cumbria. This is a full-time, self-employed Therapist role in a
fantastic practice. The practice has been selected for an NHS Pilot Scheme so since
September 2011 the team have not been working to the UDA system and it is going
really well. We already have one Therapist working full-time and we are now looking
for an additional Therapist to join the team. This is a really exciting time for the
practice and a chance for you to help shape the future of dentistry within the UK. 

The role is available from April 2012 and the hourly rate is negotiable, dependent
on experience.

The contract value will be discussed on application. As this is predominantly an NHS
role, you would need to be fully registered with the relevant PCT (having undergone
a CRB check if you have not had one within the last 6 months) before you can start.
If your notice period and/or PCT registration period would take you beyond the date
stated, this is not a problem as we are keen to recruit the right individual for the
role; we would just need to know timescales so that a locum dentist can be
identified to cover any gaps.
