A fixed term (1 year initially) position is available in the London Dental Education Centre, LonDEC, King’s College London Dental Institute. The position is available with immediate effect. LonDEC is within Franklin Wilkins Building, Waterloo campus and has state of the art dental teaching facilities and equipment.

Your duties are to contribute to the organising, preparing and co-ordinating the use of 5 rooms within the Simulation and Infection Control Training Centre area of LonDEC. You will contribute to the delivery of teaching programmes and teaching of the latest medical emergency procedures and decontamination & infection control procedures to users of the facility. You will be/become an expert user of LonDEC’s state-of-the-art equipment.

You will take responsibility for the good operation of the Simulation Suite within LonDEC as well as contribute to the efficient running of the clinical skills training room and the seminar room areas.

An enthusiastic, organised individual with an understanding of dentistry, teaching experience and ability to contribute to the organisation and running of dental education events, with an understanding of an academic environment and excellent administration is required.
