Regional Dentist (Employed) 

Basic Salary + CAR (or Car Allowance) + uncapped BONUS for overperformance 

FANTASTIC opportunity with the largest Dental Corporate in the UK! 

Full-time Employed Associate position working across a number of IDH practices in
East and North Lancashire. This would ideally also cover Cumbria, however we are
happy to discuss various options.

Applicants will need to have previous work history in the UK as a Dentist and also
an active PCT performer number.

Base target is 3500 UDAs per annum, so you have plenty of opportunity to overperform
throughout the year and this is uncapped. Base salary is £35,000 per
annum.

Further bonus on an annual basis which is staggered based on UDA total achieved:- 

For the first 1,000 UDAs in excess of Target (ie 3,501 to 4,500 UDAs) -
£10.00 net per UDA
For the second 1,000 UDAs in excess of Target (ie 4,501 to 5,500 UDAs) -
£11.00 net per UDA
For the third 1,000 UDAs in excess of Target UDA (ie 5,501 to 6,500 UDAs) -
£11.50 net per UDA
For UDAs  exceeding 3,000 above target (ie 6,501 UDAs and above) –
£12.00 net per UDA

-            GDC registration, Medical Indemnity and Lab Bills all paid by IDH
