You’ll:

• deploy your People, Performance and Business Management skills to ensure we meet patient and Primary Care Trusts service levels

• lead and develop your team of Receptionists, Dental Nurses and Dentists to achieve service levels and financial goals

• have experience of managing people and customers effectively, ideally from a medical or dental setting, although not essential
