Full Time - 38 hours worked over a rota system

As part of our growth strategy we have an exciting opportunity to manage our dental
practice which operates in one of the UKs largest retail brands. Our
paramount aim is to ensure great patient service at this flagship practice.

 
This is a high profile position which provides an opportunity to shape and influence
any future propositions of working with the UK’s largest retail store and
also the future of dentistry in IDH.You will be a key player in helping us to
deliver this by providing outstanding care to patients in the local community and
working in a fast paced environment.

 
As a Practice Manager you will be a self-motivated individual who will be keen to
lead the practice team including self-employed dentists and dental nurses to meet
performance targets and deliver outstanding service. As the practice is based within
a leading Tesco  store it will be essential to build effective relationships with
the store management team.

 
The key deliverables of the role will be maintaining patient satisfaction,
monitoring profit and loss, reviewing progress reports, maintaining clinical
governance standards and operating procedures, developing the team through coaching
and training and delivering performance standards. Reporting to the Area Manager,
you will need to be a good communicator that can network and build relationships
with the Local Health Board.

 
You must have previous people management and operational experience, ideally from
dentistry but not essential, retail, pharmaceutical and other industry backgrounds
considered suitable. You will have excellent communication skills, be customer
focused, an effective team worker and have a desire to train and coach others.
