This is a full-time Associate role in our well-established Euxton practice
(Chorley). We have 7500 UDAs and private work available. This is a large 5-surgery,
computerised practice with long-standing patient lists and an excellent staff team.
We also have a hygienist here. This is a very busy practice and the role would suit
an experienced dentist who can hit the ground running. The role is available from
February 2012.

Euxton has excellent motorway links (close to M6 and M61) and is approximately 8
miles from Preston and 30 miles from Manchester.

The contract value will be discussed on application and private work is also
available. As this is predominantly an NHS role, you would need to be fully
registered with the relevant PCT (having undergone a CRB check if you have not had
one within the last 6 months) before you can start. If your notice period and/or PCT
registration period would take you beyond the date stated, this is not a problem as
we are keen to recruit the right individual for the role; we would just need to know
timescales so that a locum dentist can be identified to cover any gaps.
